Here at Creative Sport & Leisure we deliver Functional Skills and Employability Skills as part of all our Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes to equip learners with the vital relevant English, math and IT skills to deal with day-to-day problem solving.
Depending on your previous qualifications achieved and requirements of some Apprenticeship programmes, a Diagnostic Assessment will determine which qualifications you will need to undertake as part of your Study Programme.
Functional Skills
Learners will benefit from a choice of either onscreen or paper based exams to suit your needs. We also now offer e-functional skills, which enables our learners to remotely access tailored resources and lesson plans so that you can study independently.
Employability Skills
Employability skills are necessary for getting, keeping and being successful in a job. These skills will also enable you as an employee to get along with your colleagues, make critical decisions, solve problems, develop respect and help you to become a strong ambassador for your organisation.
Employability skills are the foundation of your career building blocks and they are essential skills that enable you to succeed in your chosen career. Good Employability Skills will put you ahead of others when applying for jobs and or seeking promotion.
